Who We Are

First Baptist Church of Three Rivers, Texas was organized November 9, 1913, with eleven charter members. They met in a little yellow schoolhouse across the street from the present Church of Christ. Over a hundred years ago in August of 1921, the land where the church is presently located was received by a generous donation from the Townsite Company. A new building was soon built.

The church grew and experienced many changes and today we are blessed to have a modern facility with active Bible study ministries to help aid in the spiritual development of people of all ages.

We are a warm, friendly fellowship of believers who love to embrace anyone who wants to join and grow with us in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our mission is to share Jesus to the world. Please feel free to join us weekly for worship and fellowship.
